1. Batman in Santiago is delivering food to the homeless. This is so great! A man–who prefers to remain anonymous– dresses as Batman and delivers food and necessities to the homeless in Santiago, Chile. I think we all could use more “super heroes” like this right now. What a cool way to do some good and give folks a much needed smile.
2. Chocolate Snow in Switzerland. Just so you know–I’m moving to Switzerland now. It was not necessarily good news for the Lindt Chocolate factory that had a ventilation problem, but it became quite a good thing for residents in Olten, Switzerland as they got to experience chocolate falling from the sky. That is a certified “heaven on earth” situation in my opinion.
3. A Brazilian Street Dog Gets a Job and a Forever Home. How cute is this? A dog in Brazil kept visiting a car dealership, so one rainy day the owner let him in, gave him a meal and decided to keep him. He also decided to give him a job as official greeter. I love this so much!
4. Panda at the Washington DC National Zoo is Pregnant. As you are probably aware–Panda’s are a very endangered species. Mei Xiang–a Panda in Washington DC’s National Zoo is newly pregnant. They are cautiously optimistic– since she is still very early in the pregnancy. Oh! How I hope we get to welcome another new baby panda into this world!
5. Police Officers Rescue Man in Wheelchair From Oncoming Train. The video is so exciting to watch! The officer gets the man off the tracks just seconds before the train comes whizzing by.
